Mr. Travis A. Villani began working for First Physicians Capital Group as Chief Executive Officer at The Physicians’ Hospital in Anadarko (TPHA) in November 2015 Mr. Villani brings a vast knowledge of hospital operations to include; patient centered care, process improvements through LEAN facility driven initiatives, ambulatory care and processing, revenue/budget optimization, ward administration, health information management, systems redesign, inpatient and outpatient services, and technical knowledge in virtual healthcare systems and communication.
Before joining TPHA, Mr. Villani served in a high-level leadership position within a 192-operating bed, tertiary care facility located in Oklahoma City serving forty-eight Oklahoma Counties and two counties in North Central Texas.
Travis Villani holds a Master’s Degree of Public Health in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. In 2007, Mr. Villani received an Hospital Administrative Fellowship from the OKCVAHCS where he also acquired a number of honors including Employee of the Year, Coaching and Mentoring Resident Mentor, LEAN Green Belt certification, and a recipient of the Pinnacle Award for VHA Communications in Social Media.
Mr. Villani is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE) and an Eagle Scout. He is committed to improving hospital operations and the quality of care delivered at The Physicians Hospital in Anadarko.
Don Haslam, M.D., Medical Director/Chief of Staff

Dr. Don Haslam began working at The Physicians’ Hospital in Anadarko (TPHA) in 2002 as Director of Emergency Services. Dr. Haslam has over 35 years of medical experience including emergency care, pediatrics, and family medicine.
Dr. Haslam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University of Science and Arts, a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University. He received his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1980.
Dr. Haslam is a member of the Grady County Medical Society, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, The American Medical Association, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and the Society of the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society. He is committed to providing exceptional medical care and improving hospital operations at The Physicians Hospital in Anadarko.
Rachel Stephens, R.N., Chief Nursing Officer

Rachel Stephens, BSN, RN is a registered nurse with 23 years of clinical nursing experience and 8 years of leadership experience. Ms. Stephens earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, an Associates of Applied Science degree from Pueblo Community College in Durango, Colorado and her Certificate of Completion as a Licensed Practical Nurse from San Juan Basin Vocational and Technical school in Cortez, Colorado. Ms. Stephens has a variety of hospital nursing experience in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Newborn Nursing. She began working at the Physicians Hospital in Anadarko in May of 2015 as the Chief Nursing Officer.
Ms. Stephens is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Instructor (NRP), and an Internal Fetal Monitor Certified (IFMC) instructor.
Ms. Stephens is a member of the Oklahoma Hospital Association (OHA) council on Quality and Patient Safety and a member of the Oklahoma Organization for Nurse Executives (OONE). Mrs. Stephens is dedicated to the delivery of quality healthcare for the community, through clinical excellence, attentive and professional service.
Sarah Chrane, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Generalist

Mrs. Sarah Chrane began working at The Physicians’ Hospital in Anadarko (TPHA) in 2016 as the Human Resources Generalist. Mrs. Chrane has over 13 years of human resource experience in the law enforcement and medical fields.
Mrs. Chrane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Psychology from Howard Payne University. She currently holds a certification through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional since June 2018. Mrs. Chrane is committed to maximizing the productivity of The Physicians’ Hospital in Anadarko by optimizing the effectiveness of current and future personnel.
